With sophisticated Back-to-Back Order Processing including Direct Purchase Orders, Quick Re-man, and Make to Order Work Orders, order entry and fulfillment can be performed efficiently. The use of Order Fulfillment Management features and barcode technologies and labels makes tracking supply of goods easier. The forecasting features, which drives the Recommend to Produce and Recommend to Purchase functions, helps you deliver the right products at the right time to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Industry Specific and Integrated System: Supports the unique requirements of the lumber and building products industry. The Sales module is fully integrated with the Inventory, Purchasing, Accounting, Finance, Reman, Production, Transportation and Executive Summary modules.

Centralizes Information: Centralizes all customer-related activities across departments such as fulfillment, transportation, invoicing, and accounts receivable. Displays pricing information (ie. price lists, sales history, effectivity dates, formulas), profit margins, credit limits, aging period, order status, freight costs, discounts, and costs of each order.

Reduces Order Entry Costs: Copy Previous Order feature and pre-defining profiles for customers and employees to automatically populate the sales order with unique requirements, such as supply location, delivery options, pricing, messages, and remarks, help reduce order entry costs.

Processes Point of Sale Transactions: Lumber and building materials dealers and retailers can process Point of Sale (POS) Cash Register transactions using barcode scanners and merchant debit and credit card terminals. The system accepts payments made by cash, on account, or by credit cards.

Handles Multiple Unit Conversions: Provides flexible processing of various lumber item types, including Random Lengths, Random Widths, Units Sizes, Tags, Board Feet, Linear Feet, Square Feet, etc.

Enables Secure Remote Access: Generate quotes, process orders, inquire inventory availability, and look up order statuses anywhere through remote wireless access, using tablets and smart phones (Windows, Android, and IOS).

Processes Complex Orders Quickly: Sales reps quickly respond to complex order requests by combining any type of transaction into one sales order, including stock items from multiple locations, all back-to-back order types, split shipments and drop shipments.

Facilitates Daily Routing: Daily route maintenance assists with the assembling of truckloads based on the weight of the orders and the maximum truck capacity. The orders are organized for delivery according to Delivery Zone. If the weight exceeds the truck maximum, it is displayed in red. A complete history details the deliveries made with a direct link to the appropriate Bill of Lading.

Handles Electronic Data Interchange (EDI): Form documents that correspond to various business transactions (ie. sales orders, purchase orders, etc.) can be instantly transmitted to other parties involved using EDI, XML and service-oriented architecture technologies.
